- 2 large eggs

- 2 ½ cups (315g) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup (225g) strawberry jam
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls and place them on the lined baking sheet.
- Create a small well in the center of each cookie ball.
- Spoon about ½ teaspoon of strawberry jam into each well.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Cool cookies on a baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
