1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and add them to the skillet. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Add minced garlic and herbs to the skillet, then pour in the heavy cream. Reduce heat and let it simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
- Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a separate baking dish, and roast them in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy and golden.
- Serve the creamy herb chicken alongside the roasted potatoes.
Notes
