Ingredients

4 chicken breasts

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cups mixed herbs (such as parsley, thyme, and rosemary)

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large potatoes, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and add them to the skillet. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Add minced garlic and herbs to the skillet, then pour in the heavy cream. Reduce heat and let it simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a separate baking dish, and roast them in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy and golden.
