Instructions

  1. Slice the cabbage into thin ribbons.

  4. Stir in garlic and cook for another minute.
  5. Pour in the cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, topped with extra Parmesan and black pepper.
