2 cups grilled chicken, diced
6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 avocado, diced
1 cucumber, chopped
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup BBQ ranch dressing
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: hard-boiled eggs, cooked bacon, corn, or green onions
Instructions
- Add chopped romaine to a large platter or salad bowl.
- Arrange chicken, tomatoes, avocado, cucumber, and cheese over the top.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with BBQ ranch dressing.
- Add optional eggs, bacon, corn, or green onions if using.
- Toss before serving or serve arranged Cobb-style.
