Description

Ingredients

  • 812 oz cold water or coconut water
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (start with 1/2 tsp)
  • 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger (or 1/4 tsp ground ginger)
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Stevia or monk fruit to taste

Instructions

  1. Stir chia seeds into liquid and let sit for 5–10 minutes until thickened.
  2. Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, ginger, and cinnamon. Stir well.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
