A quick and refreshing drink combining chia seeds and citrus for appetite control and hydration.
Ingredients

- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 8–12 oz cold water or coconut water
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (start with 1/2 tsp)
- 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger (or 1/4 tsp ground ginger)
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Stevia or monk fruit to taste
Instructions
- Stir chia seeds into liquid and let sit for 5–10 minutes until thickened.
- Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, ginger, and cinnamon. Stir well.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Serve over ice for a refreshing experience.
- Store in the fridge for up to 2 days, shake before drinking.
