Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder, optional
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
- Pat the chicken dry and cut it into even bite-size pieces.
- Toss chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and optional seasonings.
- Arrange chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Check that the chicken reaches 165 degrees F inside.
- Rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
Keep the chicken in one layer so the edges brown instead of steaming.
