Description

Juicy air fryer chicken bites with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.


Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-size pieces

1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon onion powder, optional

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional

Salt and black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  2. Pat the chicken dry and cut it into even bite-size pieces.
  3. Toss chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and optional seasonings.
  4. Arrange chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Check that the chicken reaches 165 degrees F inside.
  7. Rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

Keep the chicken in one layer so the edges brown instead of steaming.
