5 cups Rice Chex cereal
1 (6 oz) box Strawberry Jello mix
1 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed (optional)
Instructions
- Place the Rice Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
- Combine the white chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract to the melted mixture.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the Rice Chex cereal. Gently toss until the cereal is evenly coated.
- Mix the Strawberry Jello powder with the powdered sugar in a separate bowl.
- Transfer the coated cereal to a large resealable plastic bag. Add the powdered sugar mixture, seal the bag, and shake vigorously until the cereal is fully coated.
Notes
Store in an airtight container to keep it fresh. It can last several days at room temperature.
