- 500 g Fresh Strawberries
- 250 g Cream Cheese
- 240 ml Heavy Whipping Cream
- 100 g Granulated Sugar
- 5 ml Vanilla Extract
- 150 g Graham Crackers (crushed)
- 75 g Butter (melted)
Instructions
- Wash and slice the fresh strawberries. In a mixing bowl, combine them with 50 g of granulated sugar and let them sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Beat the cream cheese with 50 g of granulated sugar and 5 ml of vanilla extract until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, roughly 3-5 minutes.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
- Mix the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter until combined.
- Layer the dessert starting with a layer of the graham cracker mixture, followed by half of the cream cheese mixture and half of the strawberries.
- Chill the dessert by covering it with plastic wrap and refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
