Description

Ingredients

  • 500 g Fresh Strawberries
  • 250 g Cream Cheese
  • 240 ml Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 100 g Granulated Sugar
  • 5 ml Vanilla Extract
  • 150 g Graham Crackers (crushed)
  • 75 g Butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the fresh strawberries. In a mixing bowl, combine them with 50 g of granulated sugar and let them sit for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Beat the cream cheese with 50 g of granulated sugar and 5 ml of vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, roughly 3-5 minutes.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  5. Mix the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter until combined.
  6. Layer the dessert starting with a layer of the graham cracker mixture, followed by half of the cream cheese mixture and half of the strawberries.
  7. Chill the dessert by covering it with plastic wrap and refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
