Ingredients

- 500 g Fresh Strawberries
- 100 g Granulated Sugar
- 300 ml Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 tbsp Powdered Gelatin
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries by washing and hulling them, then blend with 50 g of sugar until smooth.
- Bloom the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
- Melt the bloomed gelatin in the microwave for 10-15 seconds until liquid.
- Combine the melted gelatin with the strawberry puree and blend briefly.
- Whip the cream until medium peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
- Fold the strawberry mixture into the whipped cream gently until no white streaks remain.
- Chill the mousse in serving glasses for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled. Garnish with fresh berries and a mint leaf for a pop of color.
