Description

Light, fluffy, and bursting with flavor, this strawberry mousse is a delightful dessert perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 g Fresh Strawberries
  • 100 g Granulated Sugar
  • 300 ml Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tbsp Powdered Gelatin
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries by washing and hulling them, then blend with 50 g of sugar until smooth.
  2. Bloom the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
  3. Melt the bloomed gelatin in the microwave for 10-15 seconds until liquid.
  4. Combine the melted gelatin with the strawberry puree and blend briefly.
  5. Whip the cream until medium peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Fold the strawberry mixture into the whipped cream gently until no white streaks remain.
  7. Chill the mousse in serving glasses for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled. Garnish with fresh berries and a mint leaf for a pop of color.
