Description

Delightful Strawberry Cinnamon Rolls filled with fresh strawberries and cinnamon, perfect for breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Heat milk and melted butter in a small saucepan until warm, then stir in the egg.
  3. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and knead until smooth.
  4. Let dough rise for about 60 minutes until it doubles in size.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread sliced strawberries over the top.
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture over the strawberries.
  7. Roll up tightly, slice into rolls, and place in a greased baking dish.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden.
  9. Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract for the glaze.
  10. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls before serving.
