A delicious no-bake dessert combining creamy cheesecake filling with fresh strawberries on a graham cracker crust.

- 200 g (about 1 ¾ cups) graham cracker crumbs
- 90 g (½ cup) unsalted butter, melted
- 50 g (¼ cup) sugar
- 450 g (16 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 120 g (½ cup) sugar
- 240 ml (1 cup) heavy whipping cream, whipped to soft peaks
- 250 g (about 2 cups) fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted unsalted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch square pan. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Make the filling: In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Gradually fold in heavy whipping cream until just combined.
- Assemble the bars: Once the crust has chilled, spread the cheesecake filling over it. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Top with strawberries: After the filling has set, arrange sliced fresh strawberries on top.
- Slice and serve: Run a knife along the edges for easier removal, cut into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
To add a glaze, mix strawberry jam with a little water and drizzle over strawberries.
