Description

Delicious Snowflake Crisp: A No-Bake Treat in 10 Minutes

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Marshmallows (can be swapped with vegan marshmallows)
  • 4 tablespoons Butter (coconut oil is a great dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 cup Milk Powder (can substitute with non-fat dry milk)
  • 1 cup Small Crackers (choose any plain crackers you enjoy)
  • 1 cup Nuts (e.g., pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, almonds) (substitute with any preferred nuts or seeds)
  • 1 cup Freeze-Dried Strawberries (dried cranberries can be used instead)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat for 2-3 minutes until liquid and bubbly.
  2. Add marshmallows and stir continuously for 3-5 minutes until smooth and gooey.
  3. Remove from heat and whisk in milk powder until no dry powder remains.
  4. Fold in small crackers, nuts, and freeze-dried strawberries, mixing thoroughly.
  5. Transfer to a mold or baking sheet and press down firmly to create an even layer.
  6. Sprinkle additional milk powder over the pressed mixture and cut into squares once cooled.
