Instructions
- Add the olive oil, garlic, chicken breasts, and chicken broth to the slow cooker.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Pour the heavy cream over the top.
- Add the mixed vegetables.
- Cook on low for 360-480 minutes or high for 180-240 minutes, until the chicken is tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, remove the lid for the last hour of cooking. Use fresh herbs for added flavor.
