Description

Quick Buffalo chicken dip with shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch, Buffalo sauce, cheddar, and green onions.


Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup Buffalo sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup chopped green onions

Chips, celery, or bread for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix chicken, cream cheese, ranch, and Buffalo sauce.
  3. Stir in cheddar and half the green onions.
  4. Spread in an oven-safe dish.
  5. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  6. Top with remaining green onions and serve.

Notes

Soften cream cheese first so the dip mixes smoothly.
