Instructions

- Prepare the Bread Batter: Combine pumpkin, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and oil in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
