Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to create a marinade.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring each breast is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Arrange the marinated chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour any remaining marinade over the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
