Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana (about 120130 g / 4.24.6 oz)
  • 32 g (2 tbsp) smooth peanut butter
  • 240 ml (1 cup) whole milk
  • 60 g (1/4 cup) plain Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1520 g (1 tbsp) honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 120 g (1 cup) ice or 6–8 ice cubes
  • Pinch of fine salt (about 1/8 tsp)
  • Optional add-ins: 1 tsp cocoa powder, 1 scoop protein powder, 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Peel the banana. If you prefer a frosty texture, slice and freeze it for at least 2 hours.
  2. Pour the whole milk into the blender, then add the Greek yogurt (if using), banana, and honey (if desired).
  3. Add the peanut butter and ice. Secure the lid.
  4. Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency as needed, then serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker texture, use a frozen banana and reduce ice. Adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup based on the ripeness of the banana.
