- 500 g Pork Tenderloin
- 200 g Pineapple Chunks
- 240 ml BBQ Sauce
- 1 medium Bell Pepper
- 1 small Red Onion

Instructions
- Chop the pork tenderloin into 2.5 cm (1-inch) cubes. Cut the bell pepper and red onion into similar-sized pieces.
- Combine the pork cubes and 120 ml (½ cup) of BBQ sauce in a bowl. Mix thoroughly and marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Thread the marinated pork cubes onto skewers, alternating with pineapple chunks, bell pepper, and onion.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 200°C (400°F).
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 12-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes.
- Brush the remaining BBQ sauce over the skewers during the last few minutes of grilling.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Ensure pork is not overcooked; a meat thermometer helps achieve perfect doneness.
