Tender, juicy pork infused with a sweet and tangy pineapple BBQ glaze, perfect for quick weeknight meals or weekend cookouts.


Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork Tenderloin
  • 200 g Pineapple Chunks
  • 240 ml BBQ Sauce
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • Skewers

Instructions

  1. Chop the pork tenderloin into 2.5 cm (1-inch) cubes. Cut the bell pepper and red onion into similar-sized pieces.
  2. Combine the pork cubes and 120 ml (½ cup) of BBQ sauce in a bowl. Mix thoroughly and marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Thread the marinated pork cubes onto skewers, alternating with pineapple chunks, bell pepper, and onion.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 200°C (400°F).
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 12-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes.
  6. Brush the remaining BBQ sauce over the skewers during the last few minutes of grilling.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

Ensure pork is not overcooked; a meat thermometer helps achieve perfect doneness.
