Ingredients

2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 large ripe avocado, diced
2 tablespoons finely diced red onion
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoons mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, optional
Salt and black pepper, to taste
4 large tortillas
2 cups mixed salad greens
Instructions
- Mix shredded chicken, avocado, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and mayonnaise or Greek yogurt if using.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Warm tortillas briefly so they roll without tearing.
- Layer greens on each tortilla.
- Add the chicken avocado filling.
- Fold in the sides, roll tightly, slice, and serve.
Notes
For meal prep, keep the filling and tortillas separate until serving so the wraps do not become soggy.
