- 300 g (2 cups) quinoa
- 250 g (2 cups) sugar
- 113 g (½ cup) butter
- 3 large eggs
- 250 g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Prepare the salad by tossing together your choice of greens and seasonal vegetables. Chill for at least 20 minutes.
- Cook the chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper, and bake at 190°C (375°F) for 25-30 minutes.
- Make the dipping sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic, and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the quinoa according to package instructions and let cool.
- Bake the cake by creaming sugar and butter, adding eggs one at a time, then folding in flour. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes.
- Assemble everything on a table and ensure cold dishes are kept on ice.
