Ingredients

1 pound ground chicken
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 large egg
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: warm marinara, cream sauce, or pasta for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
- Place meatballs on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 18 to 20 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve with sauce, pasta, vegetables, or rice.
