Description

Tender chicken meatballs with ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, and Italian seasoning.


Ingredients

1 pound ground chicken

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 large egg

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Optional: warm marinara, cream sauce, or pasta for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
  5. Place meatballs on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake 18 to 20 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Serve with sauce, pasta, vegetables, or rice.
