Description
Indulge in the rich, savory flavors of a classic cheeseburger transformed into a creamy pasta dish.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 6 slices crispy bacon
- 8 oz rotini or penne pasta
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Garlic powder or seasoning blends to taste
Instructions
- Start by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add your pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels, leaving some bacon grease in the pan for flavor.
- In the same skillet, add the ground beef. Break it up with a spoon and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add diced onions to the beef and cook until softened, about 3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and your choice of garlic powder or seasoning blends.
- Stir in the cooked pasta, ketchup, mustard, and any additional seasonings. Mix everything thoroughly to ensure the pasta is well coated in the sauce.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the pasta mixture. Stir until the cheese melts and everything is combined.
- Crumble the cooked bacon over the top and stir it in gently. Save some for garnish if desired.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra cheese, chopped green onions, or pickles, if you like. Enjoy your Loaded Beef Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta!
