Ingredients

2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked rice or lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Cook the ground turkey in the skillet until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Stir in the soy sauce and honey (or brown sugar), then season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Serve over rice or in lettuce wraps, garnished with green onions.
