Description

Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon ginger, minced

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooked rice or lettuce leaves for serving


Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Cook the ground turkey in the skillet until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and honey (or brown sugar), then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve over rice or in lettuce wraps, garnished with green onions.

Notes
