- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Marinade the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken and ensure each piece is well coated. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 200°C (400°F).
- Grill the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade, shaking off excess. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on one side.
- Flip and Finish Cooking: Flip the chicken using tongs and grill for another 5-7 minutes, until it reaches an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
- Let It Rest: Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
