Ingredients

2 chicken breasts
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup elbow macaroni
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Mix honey, black pepper, soy sauce, and olive oil.
- Coat the chicken and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook chicken in a skillet until golden and cooked through.
- Boil macaroni in salted water and drain.
- Return pasta to the pot with butter, milk, and cheddar.
- Stir until creamy.
- Slice chicken and serve over the mac and cheese.
Notes
For a saucier finish, simmer a little extra honey and soy sauce in the skillet and spoon it over the chicken.
