Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breasts (skinless and boneless)
  • 120 ml Olive Oil (½ cup)
  • 60 ml Lemon Juice (¼ cup)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 30 g Honey (2 tablespoons)
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 10 g Salt (1 teaspoon)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine 120 ml olive oil, 60 ml lemon juice, 3 minced garlic cloves, 30 g honey, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, and 10 g salt. Whisk until the mixture is well blended.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Place 500 g of chicken breasts in a marinating container. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours.
  3. Prepare the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 200°C (400°F).
  4. Grill the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the hot grill. Cook for 5–7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
  5. Rest and Serve: Transfer the grilled chicken to a plate and let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
