- 115 g (½ cup) butter, melted
- 225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 100 g (1 cup) powdered sugar
- 60 ml (¼ cup) fresh lemon juice

- 240 ml (1 cup) Cool Whip
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by crushing the Oreo cookies and mixing with melted butter. Press into a 9-inch round pan and chill for 15 minutes.
- Make the cream filling by beating cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then mixing in lemon juice and zest.
- Fold in the Cool Whip gently until just combined.
- Assemble by pouring the cream filling over the chilled crust and smoothing it out. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Serve cold, garnished with lemon zest or whipped cream if desired.
