Instructions
- Preheat your waffle maker.
- Combine the thawed hashbrowns, egg, shredded cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Grease the waffle maker lightly.
- Spoon the hashbrown mixture onto the waffle maker and spread it out evenly.
- Close the lid and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
- Carefully remove the chaffle and repeat with the remaining mixture.
Notes
Thaw hashbrowns completely to avoid excess moisture. Experiment with different cheeses for various flavors.
