1 pound ground turkey
2 tablespoons olive oil or neutral oil
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup mixed vegetables, such as bell peppers, broccoli, or carrots
2 green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, optional
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground turkey and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, breaking it apart.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender-crisp.
- Pour in teriyaki sauce and stir until the turkey is coated.
- Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Serve over warm rice.
- Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
