Ingredients

- 1–1.5 teaspoons powdered gelatin
- 100–150 ml hot water
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Pinch of pink salt
- 50–100 ml cold water or brewed green tea (optional)
Instructions
- Boil hot water and sprinkle gelatin over it to bloom.
- Stir until fully dissolved.
- Add lemon juice and pink salt or cooled brewed green tea.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours to chill or drink warm immediately.
- Consume 15-30 minutes before meals.
