- 1 lb baby potatoes, quartered

- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- Combine steak bites with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss quartered potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Cook marinated steak bites in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve steak bites with seasoned potatoes and your favorite dipping sauce, garnished with parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, choose a well-marbled steak cut and let it marinate longer if possible. Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
