Garlic parmesan bacon cheeseburger casserole is a cheesy, bacon-loaded comfort bake with a creamy garlic-parmesan sauce. Perfect for family dinners when you want big burger flavor in one easy pan.

- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 onion (diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 lb bacon (cooked crispy + crumbled)
- 3 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup crispy fried onions (optional)
- fresh parsley (garnish)
Instructions
- Sprinkle parsley, slice, and serve hot.
- Brown Beef: Cook ground beef with diced onion. Add garlic, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, paprika. Drain well.
- Make Sauce: Melt butter, sauté garlic, whisk in flour 1 minute. Slowly whisk in milk, then parmesan + Italian seasoning. Simmer until thick; season.
- Layer One: Spread half the beef in a greased 9×13 dish. Add half the bacon + half the cheeses. Drizzle half the sauce.
- Layer Two: Repeat with remaining beef, bacon, cheeses, and remaining sauce.
- Top: Optional add crispy fried onions on top.
- Bake: Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes until bubbly. Rest 10 minutes.
- Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle parsley, slice, and serve hot.
