Instructions
- Prepare the vermicelli noodles according to package instructions.
- Chop the crisp vegetables and herbs.
- Fill a shallow dish with warm water and dip a rice paper wrapper in the water until softened.
- Lay the wrapper flat on a clean surface.
- Place a small amount of noodles, vegetables, herbs, and protein in the center of the wrapper.
- Fold in the sides and roll it tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients.

Notes
