Ingredients

  • 60 ml olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries by washing and hulling them. Slice into halves or quarters and combine in a large bowl.
  2. Mix the greens with the strawberries by gently tossing them together.
  3. Add the crispy nuts and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl. Toss lightly to avoid crushing the nuts.
  4. Make the dressing by whisking together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Dress the salad by drizzling the vinaigrette over the ingredients, then toss gently to coat.
