- 500 g fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
- 150 g mixed greens (spinach and arugula)

- 80 g crumbled feta cheese
- 60 ml balsamic vinegar
- 60 ml olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries by washing and hulling them. Slice into halves or quarters and combine in a large bowl.
- Mix the greens with the strawberries by gently tossing them together.
- Add the crispy nuts and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl. Toss lightly to avoid crushing the nuts.
- Make the dressing by whisking together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, and seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Dress the salad by drizzling the vinaigrette over the ingredients, then toss gently to coat.
- Serve the salad immediately for the best texture and flavor.
