  • ½ cup Plain/All Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Begin by slicing the block of halloumi cheese into even strips, approximately 1.5 cm (½ inch) thick.
  2. On a large plate, combine the plain flour, paprika, and cumin, mixing them well.
  3. In a frying pan, pour enough olive oil to lightly cover the bottom and heat it over medium heat.
  4. Carefully add half of the coated halloumi strips to the hot oil and fry them for about 2–3 minutes on each side.
  5. Repeat the frying process with the remaining halloumi strips.
  6. Serve your crispy Halloumi Fries immediately while they are still warm.
