- 250 grams Halloumi Cheese
- ½ cup Plain/All Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Cumin
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Instructions
- Begin by slicing the block of halloumi cheese into even strips, approximately 1.5 cm (½ inch) thick.
- On a large plate, combine the plain flour, paprika, and cumin, mixing them well.
- In a frying pan, pour enough olive oil to lightly cover the bottom and heat it over medium heat.
- Carefully add half of the coated halloumi strips to the hot oil and fry them for about 2–3 minutes on each side.
- Repeat the frying process with the remaining halloumi strips.
- Serve your crispy Halloumi Fries immediately while they are still warm.
