- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Large tortillas or flatbreads
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
- Stir in cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Place a portion of the shrimp mixture on each tortilla, then roll up tightly.
- Slice in half, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve warm with a side of marinara sauce or ranch dressing. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
