Description

Delightful shrimp roll-ups with a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Large tortillas or flatbreads
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
  3. Stir in cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Place a portion of the shrimp mixture on each tortilla, then roll up tightly.
  6. Slice in half, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
