- 200 g (2 cups) graham cracker crumbs
- 115 g (1/2 cup) butter, melted
- 450 g (16 oz) cream cheese
- 240 ml (1 cup) whipped cream
- 100 g (1/2 cup) sugar
- Fresh fruit (e.g., berries, mango) for topping
Instructions
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a large bowl until all crumbs are coated. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch round springform pan and chill for 10 minutes.
- Beat the cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth. Gradually add the sugar and mix until fully combined. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
- Pour the cream cheese filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top. Scatter fresh fruit on top if desired.
- Cover the springform pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Remove the springform pan and slice into wedges. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with more fruit.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing. This dessert can be made a day ahead for convenience.
