Description

A delightful no-bake dessert perfect for summer, featuring a creamy filling on a graham cracker crust, topped with fresh fruit.


Ingredients

  • 200 g (2 cups) graham cracker crumbs
  • 115 g (1/2 cup) butter, melted
  • 450 g (16 oz) cream cheese
  • 240 ml (1 cup) whipped cream
  • 100 g (1/2 cup) sugar
  • Fresh fruit (e.g., berries, mango) for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a large bowl until all crumbs are coated. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch round springform pan and chill for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat the cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth. Gradually add the sugar and mix until fully combined. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
  3. Pour the cream cheese filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top. Scatter fresh fruit on top if desired.
  4. Cover the springform pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  5. Remove the springform pan and slice into wedges. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with more fruit.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing. This dessert can be made a day ahead for convenience.
