- 1 pound chicken breast (grilled and sliced)
- 1/2 cup croutons (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat for about 6–7 minutes per side or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, sliced grilled chicken, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine, ensuring all ingredients are well coated.
- Divide the salad among serving plates. Optionally, sprinkle extra Parmesan cheese and croutons on top for garnish.
