Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad Recipe

Description

Chicken Caesar pasta salad with pasta, chicken, romaine, tomatoes, Parmesan, Caesar dressing, and croutons.


Ingredients

Scale

2 cups cooked pasta, such as fusilli or rotini

2 cups cooked chicken, diced

4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup grated or shaved Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup Caesar dressing

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Croutons, optional


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until al dente, then drain and cool.
  2. Add pasta, chicken, romaine, tomatoes, and Parmesan to a large bowl.
  3. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  4. Add Caesar dressing and toss gently.
  5. Fold in croutons just before serving if using.
  6. Taste and adjust dressing or Parmesan.

Notes

Cool the pasta before adding romaine so the lettuce stays crisp.
