Chicken Caesar pasta salad with pasta, chicken, romaine, tomatoes, Parmesan, Caesar dressing, and croutons.
Ingredients

2 cups cooked pasta, such as fusilli or rotini
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup grated or shaved Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Croutons, optional
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente, then drain and cool.
- Add pasta, chicken, romaine, tomatoes, and Parmesan to a large bowl.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Add Caesar dressing and toss gently.
- Fold in croutons just before serving if using.
- Taste and adjust dressing or Parmesan.
Notes
Cool the pasta before adding romaine so the lettuce stays crisp.
