Creamy crunchy broccoli salad with carrots, red onion, dried fruit, nuts, and apple cider vinegar dressing.
Ingredients

4 cups broccoli florets, chopped small
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup red onion, thinly sliced or diced
1 cup raisins or dried cranberries
1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar, optional
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Add broccoli, carrots, red onion, dried fruit, and nuts to a large bowl.
- Whisk mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar if using, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the salad.
- Toss until the broccoli is well coated.
- Chill for at least 20 minutes if time allows.
- Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
