  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Whisk together the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the blueberries gently.
  6. Mix the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth in a small bowl.
  7. Fill each muffin cup halfway with batter, add a dollop of cream cheese mixture, and top with more batter.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before serving.
