Beef and Chicken Soup Recipe

Description

Hearty beef and chicken soup with vegetables and rich broth.


Ingredients

500g beef, sliced thinly

500g chicken, chopped

2 carrots, diced

2 celery stalks, chopped

1 onion, chopped

4 garlic cloves, minced

4 cups beef stock

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Optional: gluten-free noodles


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot.
  2. Cook onion, garlic, carrots, and celery until softened.
  3. Add chicken and beef pieces.
  4. Cook until lightly browned.
  5. Pour in beef stock.
  6. Simmer about 45 minutes until meats are tender.
  7. Season and add noodles if using.

Notes

Slice beef thinly so it becomes tender in the soup.
