Description
Hearty beef and chicken soup with vegetables and rich broth.
Ingredients

500g beef, sliced thinly
500g chicken, chopped
2 carrots, diced
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
4 cups beef stock
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: gluten-free noodles
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot.
- Cook onion, garlic, carrots, and celery until softened.
- Add chicken and beef pieces.
- Cook until lightly browned.
- Pour in beef stock.
- Simmer about 45 minutes until meats are tender.
- Season and add noodles if using.

Slice beef thinly so it becomes tender in the soup.
