- 500g Beef, sliced thinly
- 500g Chicken, chopped
- 2 Carrots, diced
- 2 stalks Celery, chopped
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 cups Beef Stock
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: Gluten-free noodles
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over moderate flame.
- Add onions, garlic, carrots, and celery. Sauté until the onions become translucent.
- Add chicken and beef pieces. Cook until the chicken is browned.
- Pour in beef stock and allow the mixture to simmer for about 45 minutes until the proteins are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
This soup can be served with fresh herbs, crusty bread, or a simple salad. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to three days or frozen for up to three months.
