Description

This Easy Baked Shrimp Scampi recipe combines succulent shrimp with a zesty lemon and garlic sauce topped with a buttery.


Ingredients

1 lb shrimp (peeled, deveined)

3 cloves garlic (minced)

1 lemon (juiced)

1/4 cup white wine


Instructions

  1. Set your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Lay the peeled and deveined shrimp flat in a small baking dish. Spray them lightly with olive oil spray and season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Pour the juice of one lemon and 1/4 cup of white wine evenly over the shrimp. Sprinkle the minced garlic on top.
