- 300 g (3 cups) rotini pasta
- 200 g (1 cup) dill pickle, diced
- 100 g (½ cup) mayonnaise
- 60 ml (¼ cup) sour cream
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook for 8–10 minutes until al dente.
- Drain the pasta into a colander and rinse under cold water for 1–2 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooled pasta to the bowl and fold in the diced dill pickles.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving, garnished with fresh dill.
Notes
