Description

A creamy, frosty white smoothie featuring coconut and vanilla flavors, topped with whipped cream, toasted coconut, and white chocolate curls.


Ingredients

  • 2 large frozen bananas (Sliced)
  • 1 cup coconut milk (Chilled)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (Vanilla or plain)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (Flavor base)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (For thickness)
  • 2 tbsp toasted coconut (Topping)
  • 1 tbsp white chocolate curls (Topping)
  • 1 cup whipped cream (Topping)

Instructions

  1. Toast coconut flakes in a dry pan until golden; shave white chocolate curls.
  2. Combine frozen bananas, coconut milk, yogurt, and vanilla in a blender.
  3. Blend on high until smooth; add ice and blend again until frosty.
  4. Pour into glasses and top with a generous swirl of whipped cream.
  5. Sprinkle with toasted coconut and white chocolate curls before serving.
