Description

A vibrant and flavorful mix of seasonal vegetables, perfect for any Whole30 meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss all the vegetables in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet in a single layer.
