Description

This Easy Valentine’s Popcorn recipe combines sweet and salty flavors with white chocolate, conversation hearts, and festive sprinkles. Ideal for celebrating love.


Ingredients

  • 10 cups popcorn (about 1/3 cup popcorn kernels)
  • 2 cups (11 oz) white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup (3 oz) conversation hearts
  • Valentine sprinkles, for decorating
  • Dash of flaked sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and set it aside.
  2. Pop about 1/3 cup of popcorn kernels using an air popper or microwave popcorn bags. Transfer the popcorn to a large mixing bowl and discard any unpopped kernels.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the white chocolate chips in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
  4. Pour the melted white chocolate over the popcorn and gently toss to coat.
  5. Spread the coated popcorn evenly across the baking sheet. Scatter the conversation hearts and Valentine sprinkles on top. Optionally, sprinkle a dash of flaked sea salt.
  6. Let the popcorn cool until the chocolate hardens completely. Break into smaller pieces and serve or store in an airtight container for up to one week.
