- 2 cups Cheese (Cheddar, mozzarella, or Italian blend)
- 2 tablespoons Butter (Optional for a lighter version)
- 1 can Tomato Soup (Homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup Cooked Bacon or Sausage (For non-vegetarians)
- 1 cup Sautéed Vegetables (Mushrooms, onions, or peppers)

Instructions
- Begin by cutting your choice of bread into one-inch cubes and lightly butter the outer sides.
- Heat the tomato soup in a medium saucepan for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and layer half of the buttered bread cubes at the bottom.
- Pour half of the tomato soup mixture over the bread.
- Repeat with remaining bread cubes and pour the rest of the tomato soup mixture.
- Sprinkle cheese over the top and preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
- Let the casserole rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
