- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

- 1/4 cup brewed espresso (cooled)
- 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)

- Cocoa powder (for dusting)
- Chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Let the batter rest for about 15 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or crêpe pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, swirling to coat the bottom evenly. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly golden. Flip and cook for another 30 seconds. Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the cooked crêpes on a plate.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cooled espresso, and coffee liqueur (if using) until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
- Take a crêpe and place a generous spoonful of the tiramisu filling in the center. Fold the crêpe over the filling, and then fold again to create a triangle or simply roll it up.
- Continue with the remaining crêpes and filling.
- Place the stuffed crêpes on a serving plate and dust with cocoa powder. Optionally, garnish with chocolate shavings and fresh berries.
