Description
Indulge in delightful Strawberry Palmiers, a simple yet elegant dessert bursting with flavor.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 sheet Frozen Puff Pastry
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 3 tablespoons Freeze-Dried Strawberries
- 1/4 cup Strawberry Jam
- 1/2 cup White Chocolate
Instructions
- Thaw the frozen puff pastry according to package instructions. Once it’s softened, roll it out gently to achieve an even base of about 9.5 inches.
- Sprinkle granulated sugar evenly over the rolled-out pastry. Gently roll the dough again to adhere the sugar.
- Fold the pastry lengthwise in half, then fold it in the opposite direction to create a long log. Slice the log into equal pieces.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the slices on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- Melt the white chocolate until smooth. Dip each palmier into the melted white chocolate and allow them to set on parchment paper.
- Add a dash of sea salt on top for an optional touch of flavor.
Notes
- Store leftover palmiers in an airtight container.
- Use fresh strawberries if freeze-dried are unavailable.
- Adjust the amount of sugar to taste.
