Description

Indulge in delightful Strawberry Palmiers, a simple yet elegant dessert bursting with flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet Frozen Puff Pastry
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Freeze-Dried Strawberries
  • 1/4 cup Strawberry Jam
  • 1/2 cup White Chocolate

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen puff pastry according to package instructions. Once it’s softened, roll it out gently to achieve an even base of about 9.5 inches.
  2. Sprinkle granulated sugar evenly over the rolled-out pastry. Gently roll the dough again to adhere the sugar.
  3. Fold the pastry lengthwise in half, then fold it in the opposite direction to create a long log. Slice the log into equal pieces.
  4. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the slices on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  5. Melt the white chocolate until smooth. Dip each palmier into the melted white chocolate and allow them to set on parchment paper.
  6. Add a dash of sea salt on top for an optional touch of flavor.

Notes

  • Store leftover palmiers in an airtight container.
  • Use fresh strawberries if freeze-dried are unavailable.
  • Adjust the amount of sugar to taste.
